Bute Museum and Natural History Society

The Museum publishes ‘trail’ booklets, short guides to different parts of the island, and produces
and supports the publication of books on the natural history, social history, and archaeology of Bute.
It also publishes a journal ‘Transactions of Bute Museum and Natural History Society’, featuring
recent research and discoveries relating to Bute. The next issue will appear in 2024. Contributions
are welcome from anyone, whether members of the Natural History Society or not. If you would like
