Description:. Watercolour painting of Pibroch in Rothesay Bay. Puffers were the workhorses of the Clyde estuary and West Coast, carrying anything and everything. The Pibroch was launched in 1923 and serviced the distillery on Islay. She was sold in 1957 and renamed the Texa, then she was the Cumbrae Lass. She was broken up in 2010. The Museum also has a model of the Pibroch.
